Cleveland Auto Reserve is a high-line Auto Spa created and operated by Master Artisan Ross E. Miller. Listed below are the core service offerings clients can use for their projects.

• New Vehicle Protection - Easily our most common service, when you are about to take delivery of your new car, we can arrange for it to be brought to us and have it prepared and protected in order to present it to you in it’s greatest level of finish possible. We will also install products such as Paint Protection Film and Ceramic Glass Coatings to ensure the deepest luster and long lasting protection.

• Restoration Level Detailing - This level of Paint Correction is designed for any car that you are looking to bring back the original depth and luster to the original paint. This applies to cars that are only a few years old all the way to Vintage and Classic vehicles. The entire painted surface is carefully refined to restore the high luster as safely as possible. We then typically protect it with either Paint Protection Film and Ceramic Glass Coatings.

• Paint Protection Film - This film (also referred to as PPF) is designed to be installed over the paint in a seamless invisible manner and offers significant protection from impact damage, ie: rock chips. The latest technologies allow a level on installation and longevity that is far superior to films that were widely used even 8 years. We can install this film in the high impact areas or over the entire car to achieve your protection goals.

• Ceramic Glass Coatings - These coatings provide very hard, crystal clear layers that are designed to protect your vehicles paint, wheels, glass and even interior. They are extremely durable and offer a high level of luster and gloss that can last for years. Once they are installed, the vehicles will be protected from marring and etching and will stay cleaner longer and be simple to maintain.

• Window Tint - We install Cermaic Window Tint to improve the appearance of the vehicle, but also to reduce UV damage and heat to the interior. We can do all of the windows, including the windshield and the sunroofs to really reject the IR (infrared) heat. These film are warrantied for life.

• Custom Wheels - We can help design and style custom forged wheels from over a dozen manufactures. We want to make sure that the wheels look right and they will perform right as well!

• Custom Builds - Ross has specialized in designing exotic and luxury cars for the last 10 years. We are able to design and build cars with custom aero, custom wheels, airride suspension, custom paint, vinyl wrap, and more! For our members we are also able to offer project management which is explained in more detail below.

Amenities

Outside of the physical work on the vehicles, we are proud to offer a comprehensive list of amenities and concierge style services to our members. Some services are still in development but we are excited to be working on these items and more for our members.

• Master Artisan work performed solely by Ross - After spending 30 years customizing cars, Ross feels he can provide a level of work that is unmatched in the marketplace. The level of demand for his work has massively superseding his ability to service all of those requests. Through Cleveland Auto Reserve’s limited membership, he is able to focus on producing the very top results for his clients.

• Direct Access to Ross - You will have Ross’ personal phone number to have questions or scheduling handled in real time.

• Efficient turn around times - Because we are limiting the amount of work, each project has it’s own slot, typically a slot represents a week of work. Nothing else will be scheduled for that week besides your project which ensures that your project will receive Ross’ full attention.

• Project Management - Ross is able to offer project assistance in the consultation process, the design process or the actual management of the project through other vendors as needed. This may be utilized for a custom livery, full vehicle restoration or even just checking out various products or shops that you want to use for your project.

• Priority Scheduling - Having a small group of members allows us flexibility to take in urgent jobs when they arise. This option may be more difficult to execute if we are sold out for the year, so it is still ideal to book your project slot as accurately as possible in advance.

• Options for Storage - We are offering Vehicle Storage and Wheel Storage to Members. Space is limited and we are currently taking reservations for the upcoming winter 2023-2024. There are spaces that are available all year as well

• Options for Pick Up and Delivery - Currently we are able to offer for Ross to pick up and deliver your project vehicle by driving. We are planning to offer enclosed transport soon.

• Photo and Video Workups - You will have options for capturing your projects metamorphosis with either a dynamic video and or Photoshoot. We can assist with prints and coffee table books as well.

• Investment Consultation and Inspection - Currently Ross will be able to make recommendation on high line car purchases based on his scope of the market and decades of experience. At some point in the future, Ross will be available for a very limited number of members to help build a portfolio of automotive investments and advice on timing, pricing and usage.

• Remote Work Options - Ross is now available to travel to off site locations in order to transform entire collections into beautiful and protected vehicles providing that the garage conditions are conducive to performing high level work.

• Home Garage Setup and Design - we have been asked to help design washing options at home for our clients, now we will have time to help design and recommend or order equipment and supplies to stock your home garage the way you need it to maintain your cars at home.

• First options for the following year - Members from the current year will have the first option to be members and secure their project slots for the following year.
